Hi, I’m Hanzey.
I’m a senior finance leader, coach and strategic adviser with more than 15 years of experience helping organisations navigate growth, complexity and change.
I’ve led finance functions, implemented major finance systems and supported executive teams across manufacturing, fintech and technology. That experience taught me something important: useful finance starts with understanding.
Today, much of my work is about helping people build that understanding. Through practical training and conversations grounded in real decisions, I turn complex financial ideas into something you can actually use.
I’m based in the UK and work with organisations across sectors, bringing a collaborative approach to coaching, strategic support and finance transformation.
